Who loves showing up after a 13+ hour flight with a stiff neck, a crick in your back, and zero *actual* sleep on a plane? Not me! I have tested them all, and here are the top 5 travel pillows for your next flight (in order from least to most favorite of my picks – #ad):

1. BCOZZY Neck Pillow: https://amzn.to/3SI7EAE. Bulky but does cover all sleeping positions with its curled shape. I’d recommend this pillow for shorter flights where you don’t have a layover as it’s going to take up a lot of space and isn’t the easiest to get comfortable with on a flight. It works for short car rides in a pinch!
   
2. trtl Travel Neck Pillow: https://amzn.to/3vXADHY. A bit expensive for what it first seems, this neck pillow does work to both hold your chin up and support your neck while nodding off. Besides being a bit pricey, it’s not the easiest to repack as the shape must be maintained, and it doesn’t do much to help the rest of your body, but if you are a solid back sleeper this will work for you.
   
3. Extra compact inflatable travel pillow: https://amzn.to/3UqKvUO Easy to pack, this lightweight neck pillow feels more sanitary as it’s not hanging out on top of your luggage. You can deflate it and put it back in your carry on, then easily inflate it for the quick zzz’s. Inexpensive, but doesn’t do anything for those of us who are head nodders (forward).
   
4. YIRFEIKRER Travel Pillow: https://amzn.to/3OscSya. This sure does look funny but the hood provides a safe/alone feeling for those who need a bit more light coverage (paired with an eye mask, this is a winner!). Easy to pack by deflating and adds the extra coverage you need to block out your neighbor(s).
   
5. Inflatable air travel pillow: https://amzn.to/3SEG2MK This is the winner for me as a side sleeper. I got about 5 solid hours of sleep on my last flight with this one – not only does it support your chin/face, but being able to put your arms through the holes stops your arms from falling asleep on the hard armrests. Bonus, if you want to you can put your phone INSIDE the pillow to shut out everyone and rest your head on your tray table. Easy to pack and carry, this is coming with me on all flights over 5 hours from now on! BONUS – it’s under $21!!!
